The Herbal Apothecary

Medicine Making & Mentorship Course

Learn to craft your own effective herbal remedies while building your home apothecary with this comprehensive hands-on make and take course.

The Herbal Apothecary is a practical herbal medicine making and mentorship course created by registered clinical herbalists. The 2024 session will be facilitated by Megan Kendrick, RH, clinical herbalist and owner of Wild Medicinals. To learn more about Megan, click here.

This in-person course will teach you how to prepare and use some of the most common herbal preparations. Each class will consist of hands-on instruction in the preparation of potent and effective herbal remedies. This is a make and take class, meaning you will leave each class with a portion of every preparation we made, allowing you to build your own home apothecary throughout the session.

As we learn practical herbal medicine preparation, we will also be taking exploratory plant walks and visiting my herbal garden so you can get to know the medicines in their natural and cultivated habitats, throughout the seasons. We will incorporate creative projects to help expand your perspective and understanding of plants and their spiritual and energetic attributes

By the end of the course you will have over 50 herbal preparations ready for use, along with the experience to feel confident in preparing and using these remedies on your own.

2024 Registration is now closed. To join the waitlist for the 2025 course, please contact us.
