Women’s Hormonal & Reproductive Health Workshop
Join Clinical Herbalist and Owner of Wild Medicinals, Megan Kendrick, for a hands-on, in-person workshop all about supporting the female reproductive system with herbs, food, and lifestyle. We’ll explore how to care for hormonal health at home—whether you’re dealing with cycle challenges, transitioning through menopause, or simply looking to understand your body more deeply.

Open to all experience levels. This class offers practical strategies rooted in both traditional herbal knowledge and modern science.
What you’ll learn:
An overview of female reproductive anatomy and physiology
A deep understanding of women’s hormonal health and cycles
How to recognize symptoms of hormonal imbalance
Knowledge of 4-5 herbs that support reproductive health
Nutritional and supplement strategies for supporting hormonal health
And you’ll take home a custom herbal preparation (tea, tincture etc…) we will make together formulated to support the healthy function of the reproductive system.
